Introduction & Acceptance
These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the 367bd platform and all its services — including online casino, cricket betting, slot games, live gaming, and other entertainment services. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between the user ("you") and 367bd ("we", "our", "platform").

2.2 Account Information
You must provide true and complete personal information at the time of registration. Only one account per person is permitted. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are detected, they will be closed and related deposits may be voided.
Account Security & Responsibility
It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. Sharing your account details with anyone else is prohibited. You are solely responsible for all transactions and betting activity carried out using your account.
If any unauthorized access or suspicious activity is detected on your account, you must notify our support team immediately. 367bd will never ask for your password or banking details via email or message.
3.1 Account Transfer Prohibited
Your 367bd account is strictly personal and transferring or selling it to anyone else is completely prohibited. There is no provision for selling account balances or bonuses to third parties.
Deposit & Withdrawal Policy
4.1 Deposit Terms
The following payment methods are accepted for depositing funds into 367bd: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (major commercial banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and BRAC Bank). The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 (for all methods).
4.2 Withdrawal Terms
To withdraw your winnings, you must have a minimum balance of ৳800. Identity verification must be completed before a withdrawal request can be processed. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes.
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
- Withdrawal processing time: 5–30 minutes.
- Withdrawals must be made using the same method as the original deposit.
- Winnings from bonuses are not withdrawable until the wagering requirements have been met.
4.3 Third-Party Payments
367bd only accepts payments from a payment method registered in the account holder's own name. Funds sent from third-party accounts are not accepted and such transactions will be returned.
Bonus & Promotion Terms
5.1 Welcome Bonus
367bd offers new members a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. Examples of how the bonus works:
- Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳2,000 bonus → total playing balance of ৳3,000.
- Deposit ৳10,000 → maximum ৳8,000 bonus → total playing balance of ৳18,000.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
The bonus amount must be wagered 15 times before it can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only (not the deposit amount).
5.3 General Bonus Terms
- The welcome bonus can only be claimed once per person, account, household, or IP address.
- Bonuses are only usable on approved games — if any specific game is excluded, it will be stated in the promotion's terms.
- 367bd reserves the right to cancel a bonus if an unusual pattern in bonus win ratio or betting behavior is detected.
- Each promotion may have its own detailed terms and conditions, which will be stated on that promotion's page.
Gaming Rules
6.1 General Gaming Policy
All games on 367bd are operated in a fair and transparent manner. The outcome of each game is determined by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, free from any external influence. The platform follows fair play principles.
6.2 Technical Issues
If a game is left incomplete due to a technical error or server issue, 367bd will make its best effort to resolve the problem. 367bd reserves the right to correct any incorrect payouts made as a result of a software error.
6.3 Sports Betting
Various markets are available when betting on cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sporting events — such as match result, runs, and wicket-related markets. Odds may change at any time. A change in odds after a bet is confirmed does not affect that bet.
If an event is cancelled or postponed, bets will be settled in accordance with 367bd's specific policy, which is detailed on the relevant betting page.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are completely prohibited on the 367bd platform:
- Participating in any form of match fixing, collusion, or fraudulent activity.
- Using software bots, automation tools, or any means to gain an artificial advantage.
- Using multiple accounts to claim bonus or promotion benefits.
- Using low-risk betting strategies (bonus abuse/arbitrage) to secure a bonus.
- Using the platform for the purpose of money laundering or illegal financing.
- Operating an account on behalf of a minor (under 21 years of age).
- Any attempt to damage the server or network.

Account Closure & Suspension
13.1 Closure by 367bd
367bd reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close your account in the following circumstances:
- Violation of these Terms.
- Suspicion of fraudulent or illegal activity.
- Evidence of an account being created with false information.
- Legal obligation or government directive.
13.2 Closure by User
You may voluntarily close your account at any time. To do so, contact our support team. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw any valid balance before the account is closed, provided all applicable wagering conditions have been met.
